NO SKIP ENERGY.

Our award-winning video work spans the full spectrum—from scrappy, low-budget comedy to high-end cinematic, 3D animation, and music-video energy. We create scripted and unscripted stories across short-form and long-form, built for everything from organic and paid social to influencer, education, and beyond. Whatever the format or budget, the goal is the same: make people feel something—and actually watch to the end.

LUXE ALLURE

Modus doesn’t arrive. It reveals itself.

Liquid surfaces. Slow tension. Light that lingers a beat too long. Every curve intentional. Every detail designed to be felt before it’s understood. This isn’t hype—it’s anticipation engineered.

Something is building. Something is about to drop. Modus.

OH, WE SUCK?

A cinematic clap-back to popular opinion, this Gold Davey–winning, regional Emmy–winning film flipped “Downtown Cedar Rapids Sucks” on its head—sparking a viral, statewide Iowa moment, driving 19 million in total media reach, and forcing people to rethink what they thought they knew about Cedar Rapids.

NO DEMO MODE.

This isn’t a walkthrough. It’s real life—unfiltered.

Brazen lives inside the moment: a candidate juggling coffee and confidence, a recruiter moving fast between meetings, conversations happening where work actually happens. No staged clicks. No robotic demos. Just real people, real pressure, real connection—powered by chat that feels human, immediate, and alive.

BILLY’S BIG PLAY.

This film looks effortless—but it wasn’t. Every beat was tightly scripted and precisely key-framed. The real risk was casting a precocious, too-smart-for-his-own-good 12-year-old whose confidence carried the piece.

That gamble paid off. The film became our first Emmy and the talk of the summer in Cedar Rapids, following Billy—a diehard superfan on a mission to get his parents to a Cedar Rapids Kernels game, the beloved farm league of the Minnesota Twins.

CAUGHT STREAMING.

A light, comedic short where ImOn Communications’s “TV Everywhere” goes hilariously off the rails—the operating team streams the ballgame on duty, proving you can watch TV anywhere… but maybe shouldn’t. Huge thanks to a regional community college’s nursing program for opening their doors and letting us turn their clinical space into a set—something you truly don’t get to do every day.

KILLER RIDE.

An intentionally scrappy Halloween send-up, this guerrilla-style spot embraced a full whatever-works mentality—cheap, fast, and fearless. We riffed on the Halloween franchise by dropping Michael Myers into an Uber en route to his next “gig,” only to discover true horror: a nonstop driver evangelizing his massive Boss Audio screen the entire ride. No polish. No safety net. Just a low-budget swing, a lot of laughs, and a crew clearly having a blast—and it shows.
